which I have decided to host here as they no-longer
appear to be available from other sites. If I inadvertently
offer anything for download here in breach of its

Most filters need to be unzipped or extracted to
you PSP Plugins folder. Browse down through
you C: drive to Program Files, Jasc Software Inc,
Paint Shop Pro 7/8/9, Plugins.

Extract
the Toadies_2.exe file to a temporary folder and then
double click on it to start the installation program,
then browse to your psp plugins folder before clicking
the Extract button.
