Most tutorials can be completed using versions of Paint Shop Pro other than that specified, if you are familiar with them, as items may be on different menus to those specified, and some tools may operate differently - eg. the Text tool.

Where I am aware of changes in the names of tools in more recent versions of PSP I have included notes of these in the tutorials. In Versions X and XI the Object Selector, Deformation and Mover tools have been replaced with the Pick or Picker tool.

These tutorials are version specific as the Vector Drawing Tools changed significantly between version 7 and version 8. It should be possible to complete the PSP 8 tutorials with PSP version 9 or later. In versions X and XI the Pick or Picker tool has replaced the Object Selector, Deformation and Mover tools.
