Radial
Mosaic Tag
This
tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 8 or later.
You should be able to get similar results with PSP 7 if
you use Simple Filters Quick Tile plugin instead of the
Seamless Tiling effect which is built into later versions
or PSP.
Create
a new image 350 x 250 pixels, raster, white
background. If you have a tall tube, then
switch the dimensions around.

Click
on the Tube tool and place the tube you want to use
in the centre of the canvas (adjust its scale so
that it almost fills the canvas)

the Layers Pallet, click on the middle layer (Raster

our tag and set the size to 1 (symmetrical).
This is just so that any white areas at the edge of
the tag don't fade into the background.

On
the materials pallet, set the background to the
colour you want your text - solid colour and set the
foreground material to null (no-entry sign)
Click
on the canvas where you want your text. I used
Renaissance font, size 72, with Anti-Alias ticked
(smooth).
